The staff is the best

This resort is great plenty of activities to do with family and friends, have to give a big shout to Carlos the bartender he was great and took amazing care of all of us and i know he will do the same for everyone else, also to Alexander he is the activity guy he also is a great guy and if you see him you know you'll have a great time with him as well.

A spectacular experience from start to finish

Our experience at this hotel was simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the service, the attention, and every detail made our stay unforgettable. The facilities are beautiful, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and enjoying. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had the best possible experience. And we want to make a special mention of the bartender Carlos, who made our evenings even more special. His service, charisma, and excellent drinks made all the difference. A super good experience thanks to him! We would definitely return without thinking twice.

Pleasant

Everything was fine, the waiters at Alebrijes were very helpful, as was Chef Mario. Regarding the entertainment for the Mexican night, Alexander was very sociable and helpful, Mauricio from pool entertainment was very lively and energetic, as was Fátima. Everyone in general was very attentive at the Grill, Kotory, and Portobello. Luis at Portobello served us very well, thank you.

The best of both worlds

We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda Tres Rios. The resort felt incredibly calm and relaxing, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful grounds. Even when the resort was busy, it never felt crowded because there are so many activities and areas to explore. If you're looking for a more lively atmosphere, the pool area offers a fun and energetic option as well. Overall, it was the perfect balance of tranquility and entertainment, and we would gladly return. P.s. HUGO is the best man to serve you at the pool! Miriam is also so sweet on the kayak tours!

Great stay

We had an amazing 8-day, 7-night stay at Hacienda Tres Rios! Because of the remodeling and it being off-season, there were only two restaurants open each night, but the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Carlos, the bartender, made us feel like family. Alexander and his entertainers always made the daily activities fun and engaging. The pool waitstaff were always so attentive, and Pedro, our Habachi chef, did amazing. I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

You Will Be Impressed

Beautiful resort, great tasting menu at the on-site restaurants, and quiet beaches. Guest services were Five Star quality. The included outdoor activities were entertaining. Currently renovating parts of the resort to elevate their quality. Looking forward to the finish product!
