Best spot in Cancun with amazing people we continue to return to Sunset Royal for the incredible service from this people, they are family to us they see us like that during our vacations.

Very pleasant; we felt very well attended. At all times, they were supporting our requests. The butlers Celio and Rafael were excellent.

Very good, the service was excellent, especially from the waitress Lluvia, Dafne, and the waiter Héctor, who were very attentive and kind, always willing to help. Our experience was very good and I would love to return soon.

The location, room services, and waitstaff are excellent; the food is also very good. What leaves much to be desired is everything related to drinks. I am a member, and they never had the wines that my husband and I are used to, or if they did, they were hidden and almost finished. The lemonades and piña coladas were very simple, leaving much to be desired. It is a lot of money that is paid for maintenance to not receive simply what one is accustomed to drinking on the most anticipated days of the year for those of us with a busy work life.

Beautiful location with a panoramic view of the ocean and the lagoon. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. The size of the rooms is good enough for small families. The price was a bit expensive, but it was worth it. Cleanliness was noticeable, even in the pool maintenance. Great job, guys! The noise level was minimal and even when there were events, it was not loud. Good amenities and excellent meals in the different restaurant sections.
