The staff was super friendly and especially helpful when my wife got sick on the last day.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. We want to especially thank Marcos, who worked at the bar and always provided us with exceptional service. He was very kind, attentive, and had a great attitude, making every moment more enjoyable. We also want to recognize Iván, our waiter, for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service throughout our stay. Both contributed to us feeling very well taken care of and enjoying our visit even more. In general, the attention from all the staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our experience truly memorable. Thank you very much to the entire team!

The hotel is very comfortable and clean overall, the dinner menu is spectacular, and the meals and breakfasts are very varied and delicious. The food menu could use a little expansion, but it is very tasty. I only took one activity offered by the hotel, which was the catamaran; the guy was very pleasant. Overall, my stay was very pleasant; the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The only issue is that I paid for my reservation, and upon arrival, I was charged a tax of $980 for each room. Read the fine print carefully, as it surprised me.

Overall, I like coming here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Front Desk always tries to accommodate requests and address any issues as soon as possible. Cleaning service was amazing, making beautiful towel shapes and putting a lot of love and care into their work. Food was good too.

We loved the hotel! The service was very good, very kind! Everyone was super affectionate, we loved it! From Argentina, Tierra del Fuego, we leave all our love! Lupita was super kind, helpful, and friendly; we had a wonderful time. Marcos and the bar staff were super charismatic and very kind, and the reception staff were very kind. The cleanliness, service, food, and staff were a 10, they always treated us very well! I recommend it all!

Wife and I spent last week at this Sunset Fishermen resort. We were guests that came with a longtime member that visits annually. We had a wonderful stay! This is a Beautiful resort with great food and wonderful staff. Many of the staff are complimented in the reviews. Here I would like to mention Lupita. She provided fun craft and water event activities. Choices we enjoyed which added to our fun! Thank you Lupita ... and all rest at Fishermen's for making our stay great!
